Changing an existing coupon

Showcase doesn't allow certain changes to existing coupons once a item has been sold in order to preserve the integrity of the financial report.

However, you can copy an existing ticket type, change the details, and then disable the old coupon.

As an alternative method to the above:

<right click> on the coupon

select Change details

change the existing details of the coupon

select if you want to disable the existing coupon

Note:

By disabling the original coupon you will also disable any ticket types that have this coupon linked as part of a ticket.
