There are two ways of activating the collection of marketing information, this must be done on each terminal:
| 1. | You can activate marketing so that every time a user signs on it will be activated by default, unless turned off manually by the user |
select Setup
select Options
select Site Options
select Box Office
select Collect Marketing Information
| 2. | Or every time a user signs on, they can turn marketing on/off on the box office/or ticket payments screen: |
select Options 
menu
toggle Collect Marketing Information On/Off
Note:
An user can manually turn on/off the collection of marketing information at any time.
