There are two ways of activating the collection of marketing information, this must be done on each terminal:
You can activate marketing so that every time a user signs on it will be activated by default, unless turned off manually by the user
- select Setup
- select Options
- select Site Options
- select Box Office
- select Collect Marketing Information
Or every time a user signs on, they can turn marketing on/off on the box office/or ticket payments screen:
- select Options 
menu
- toggle Collect Marketing Information On or Off
Note:
An user can manually turn on/off the collection of marketing information at any time.
