ALL TICKET FORMATS HAVE CHANGED THEIR DEFAULT PRINTING ORIENTATION.
You will need to adjust ALL TICKET FORMATS by 90 degrees for ALL printer types and FOR ALL RECEIPT FORMATS.
To rotate all text fields:
open ticket design window for each format in Options\Terminal options\Printing
<right-click> and select "Rotate All None" option
select Save button
It will also be required to set the Ticket Length and Ticket Width for Ghostscript printers (ie. practical, sebal, boca printers, NOT the Star TPS800).
THIS MUST SET ON ALL COMPUTERS WHICH PRINT TICKETS/RECEIPTS ETC…
These are set by:
open ticket design window for any format
select Fonts button
set the Length and Width values based on the table below
select Save button
These values apply to 3 1/4 by 2 inch ticket
for this size tickets select "rotate None" for the orientation

REMEMBER TEST YOUR TICKETS BY PRINTING A TEXT TICKET FOR EACH OF THE FORMATS
