Disabling a session allows a manager to hide a session from a user. Situations where this may occur are where you have programmed an incorrect session and sold tickets in which case you cannot delete the session for reporting purposes. Disabled sessions are displayed in Red.
To disable a Session (hide from ticket issue):
| • | change to View Day mode, |
| • | with the mouse <right click> he session, a menu should appear, |
| • | select Mark as Disabled. |
To re-enable a Session:
| • | change to View Day mode, |
| • | with the mouse <right click> he session, a menu should appear, |
| • | select Mark as Disabled as Available. |
