Export Members allows member details to exported to a comma separated (CSV) file which can can then be used by external software (ie. used for mail merges in word processing software) and 3rd party vendors for external analysis. The details that can be exported at this time are limited to the member's personal details, such as address information. These will be expanded to include sales information which will be exported in XML format.
The information can currently be limited to exporting by date:
These can then be restricted by the site, members club and level and whether they are currently available.

The fields are exported in the order that they are specified. At least one field must be exported.
| • | To add a field to be imported select the field for the column list and press <Add Field>, this will add the field to the list in the order they will be imported from the file. Only one of each field can be imported with the exception of the filler field, any field previously selected will appear in yellow. |
| • | If a column exists in the file being imported that is not required, then select the filler field. This will ignore that column, any number of filler fields can be included. |
| • | To change the order of the selected fields, <right-click> on the field and select Move Up or Move Down to move the field, select Remove Field to delete the item from the list. |
| • | to add all fields <right-click> where the list of fields is displayed and select Add All Fields. This will add all the available fields in the default order |

The following fields have special conditions:
| • | Site # must match an existing Showcase location |
| • | Member # is read-only in software and cannot be changed |
| • | Customer # is used to identify each member uniquely at this location |
| • | GUID is a unique code used in internally to uniquely identify a member regardless of where the member was originally created. |
