Forms are used to collect extended marketing information at Time of Sale or on a manual basis via Other Items.
For Form information to be collected the Collecting Marketing Information MUST be selected in \\Setup\Options\Terminal Options\Box Office and one of the following methods must be used:
Note: Manual Forms can be entered at ANYTIME in addition to the ABOVE via Other Items
Name The name of form.
HO Code If Head Office is activated then a unique code assigned by Head Office, otherwise leave blank.
Category This should be set to TICKETS for use when collecting marketing information.
List of Questions Field Unique name for the question (alphanumeric, no spaces).
Order The order the questions will appear.
Type The type of question to be asked. These are currently:
Available Determines if this field will be available for selection.
Prompt The text to show for the question. If the Type is either List or Choice then the list of choices that are displayed follow the text separated by a ';'. for example: Category;Live Theatre;Dancing;Ballet;Comedy Category is the text and Live Theatre, Dancing, Ballet, Comedy are the available choices for the user to select.
To add a new a question change the value of Field and press Add/Save Field.
