This provides the options that determine how internet ticket purchases will be processed.

Items are available for sale at 12:01 am XXX before first Item Starts

This is the number of days before the first available item starts that patrons will be able to purchase tickets for.

Sales Close XXX and XXX before each Start Time

This is the number of days and minutes prior to an item's start time before it is no longer available for purchase. Any unsold items that were pre-allocated will be released back to the site for sale at the box office.

Doors Open XXX before Start Time

The minutes for before the start time that the doors are normally open for entry by patrons.

Booking Fee of XXX

The booking fee that will be applied to each transaction. This must be at least the minimum amount required when setting up your internet booking registraton account with Ticket Systems Pty Ltd.

Applies for each XXX

Determines if the booking fee will be applied for the transaction or for each ticket.

XXX Tickets allowed for each Transaction

The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased within one transaction.

Ticket Delivery/Collection Method XXXX

Determines the available delivery and collection methods available to patrons.

Release non-allocated tickets XXX before each start time

This is the number of minutes prior to an item's start time that tickets will be released back to the site for resale. It is recommended that sites query the Internet Gateway at regular intervals to ensure that all sales/reservations have been downloaded from the internet.

Box Office E-mail

The e-mail address where all internet queries will be redirected.

Home URL

This is the site's home internet address where the patron will be redirected after completing their sales, etc...
