The Internet Gateway is used for the following:
Export Type The method to be used when transferring files to Remote Internet Gateway.
The available options are: 1. None - No files are exported. 2. E-mail - Files to be exported via e-mail. (TBC: Future option) 3. Internet Gateway - Information is exported directly via the Internet Gateway.
Server Name (default: blank) The computer name of the server where the files will be transferred. Leave this blank to use the default server.
Gateway Server Name The name of the Gateway Server. This must be be a TCP/IP address (192.168.0.1), or a web address (www.domainname.com). This uses TCP/IP port # 9000 for connectivity.
E-mail Recipient (TBC) The e-mail recipient where the Data Interchange File (*.IOZ) will be sent when exporting via e-mail.
Http Parameters The web address to be used when selling tickets online. This will be allocated by Ticket Systems Pty Ltd.
Packet Size The size of the data packet to be used when transferring data. Smaller sizes (1kb - 8kb) should be used for low bandwidth connections (ie. dial-up) and larger sizes (16kb - 128kb) for high bandwidth connections (ie. broadband).
Polling Interval The interval at which the information messages will be updated. This should be increased for low bandwidth connections and decreased for high bandwidth connections.
Circuit # A number used to uniquely identifier all sites belonging to a specific circuit. This is allocated by Ticket Systems Pty Ltd.
Circuit Name The name of the circuit that will appear when selling tickets on-line via the internet. This is allocated by Ticket Systems Pty Ltd.
Serial # Your unique number used to activate your internet selling subscription.
Expiry Date The date when your internet selling subscription will expire.
