Once a stock item has been selected then the following details are entered:
Name
This is the name of the selected stock item.
Serves/Package
The number of serves in the package. (see also: Stock Items)
Current Cost Price
This is the current cost price of the stock item
Back Order Item
Determines if this item is to be placed on back-order
This Cost Price
This is the cost price of all the items based on the Cost Price for All Items / the number of Packages
By Serves
Determines if the user is entering the items based on serves or packages. When entering by packages the number of serves is automatically calculated to the nearest serve, and when entering by serves to the appropriate number of packages rounded to 3 decimal places.
Auto-Calc Unit Price
Determines if the user wants to automatically calculate the Unit Price based on Cost Price for All Items.
Serves/Units
This is the number of serves in this delivery
Unit Price
The price of individual unit based on the Cost Price for All Items.
Package
The number of packages in this delivery.
Cost Price for All Items
The total cost price for all items together as per the invoice. (NOT our Cost Price as per the Current Cost Price)
