This is a legal agreement between you (an individual or entity), the End User, and Ticket Systems Pty Ltd.
1. Grant of licence:
Lite and Single User Editions: This Ticket Systems Software Licence permits you to use one copy of the Ticket Systems Software ('Software') on any single computer, provided the software is in use on only one computer at a time. If you have multiple licences for the software, then at any time you may have as may copies of the Software in use as you have licences.
LiteXP, Standard, Enterprise and Head office Editions: This Ticket Systems Software Licence permits you to use one copy of the Ticket Systems Server Software ('Server Software') on a single computer at one physical location, plus unlimited copies of the Workstation Software at the same location.
2. Copyright:
This software is owned by Ticket Systems Pty Ltd or its suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material (eg. a book or musical recording), except that you may make one copy of the Software for backup or archival purposes. You are not permitted to make copies of any written material without the express written permission of Ticket Systems Pty Ltd.

You may not rent or lease the Software, however you may transfer your rights under this Licence on a permanent basis provided that:
4. Limited Warranty:
Ticket Systems Pty Ltd warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials. To the full extent permitted by the Commonwealth, State, and Territory or any other laws applicable to this Agreement, any conditions or warranties imposed by such legislation are hereby excluded. Insofar as liability under of pursuant to any legislation, whether of the Commonwealth, State, or Territory or other government may not be excluded, such liability is limited to:

You acknowledge that no promise, representation or warranty or undertaking has been made of given by Ticket Systems Pty Ltd or any person or company on its behalf in relation to the profitability of, or any consequences or benefits to be obtained from the use of the Software and any accompanying Ticket Systems supplied hardware. You have relied upon your own skill and judgement in deciding to acquire the Software, any accompanying hardware and written materials for use for yourself. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
5. No Liability for Consequential Damages:
In no event shall Ticket Systems Pty Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages or loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of inability to use the Software, even if Ticket Systems Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some States or Territories do not allow the exclusion or limitations of consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to use.
