Local Backup Folder
This folder is where the daily backups are stored when performed on this terminal. This MUST be a local folder. See also: Backups
External Drive
The external drive is where backups are stored when an external backup is performed. This should either be a mapped network drive, a memory stick, or some type of removeable storage device.
Allow Manual Backups
Select this option to allow manual backups to be performed on this terminal. This is addition to the automatic daily backups.
Allow External Drive Backups
Select this option to allow external backups to be performed on this terminal.
Allow LIVE Backups (This Terminal ONLY)
Select this option to perform an automated daily backup at the End of Day Time on this terminal. The server terminal should NOT be designated for LIVE backup. Only one terminal can perform LIVE backups. Showcase Office MUST BE RUNNING and SIGNED OFF for the backup to work.
The LIVE backup will display 
when on-line and 
when off-line on the status bar of the terminal. users will be asked when trying to exit the software to confirm that they want to suspend the LIVE backups in which case a normal daily backup will be performed when signing on.
