Box Office Mode
This determines how the session details are shown on screen when selling tickets. Selling by Cinemas is the default, whilst selling by film is better suited where there are more session being shown than are visually able to be shown on any one screen.
Cinemas - session are displayed in rows by cinema, then start time
Film Names - session are displayed by film name, then by start time
Box Office Orientation (Default: Vertical)
This determines where the standard buttons are shown in respect to the session when issuing tickets by cinema.
Collect Marketing Information
Allows the collection of marketing information and/or forms during each transaction in the box office.
Reset Date after Sale
Always sets the selling date to today after completing a transaction. If this option is not selected, then the selling day will remain on the last selected selling date.
Show Expired Sessions
This determines if expired session will remain visible on screen after their starting time has past. See also: Site Options - Session Expiry Time
Show Time Marker
Displays a vertical line to indicate when expired sessions will no longer be available for sale/refund without an authorisation code. Only applies when selling tickets by cinema.
Update Signage Messages
This adds the menu option Signage Messages to the Box Office issue screen to allow users to update the fixed message lines displayed on any LED signage display from the box office.
