Marking a session as Not For Sale allows a manager to hide a session from a user. Situations where this may occur are where you have programmed a session in advance or some details need confirmation before selling can sell. This could be used as a way of programming special sessions which are not available for normal sales (ie. Cinema Hires, Group Bookings, etc...).
To mark as Not For Sale (hide from ticket issue):
| • | change to View Day mode, |
| • | with the mouse <right click> he session, a menu should appear, |
| • | select Mark as Not For Sale. |
To re-enable a Session:
| • | change to View Day mode, |
| • | with the mouse <right click> he session, a menu should appear, |
| • | select Mark as Available. |
