Members

Members is where a list of all members is maintained. Each member is allocated a membership # which identifies the member (or members if sharing a membership). Each member can only be belong to one Member Level within a Member Club at any one-time, and are allocated a membership # which identifies

Aspects of each membership:

each has a unique membership #

more than card # can be allocated to a membership (conditions apply)

belongs to only one membership level within a member club.

Surname*

The surname of the member.

First*

The first name(s) of the member.

Address

The street address of the member.

Suburb

The suburb/city of the member

State

The state or territory of the member

Postcode

The postcode where the member resides.

Telephone

The telephone number of the member.

e-mail

The e-mail address of the member. This will be used for any mail-outs, etc that may be requested.

Gender

The gender of the member

Date of Birth

The member's date of birth.

Next Reward to be Given

This is the next reward that the member will be given once they have accumulated a sufficient number of points.

Last Visit

This is the date and time that the member last purchased something from the box office or candy bar.

Available

Determines if this member is available for selection.

Items which determine the type of member

Club

This the club to which this member belongs.

Level

This is the level within a club to which the member belongs. This will determine what type of rewards and the frequency with which they will be allocated to a member.

This allows a further categorisation of a membership which can be used when exporting membership information via the member export facility.

Source (see also: Member Data Source)

The source of the membership. This is used in conjunction with third party membership programmes to determine where the membership originated from.

Expires

The date the membership expires on.

Site #

The site # where this membership will be available. If the site # is 0 then the membership will be available at all sites within the cinemas circuit.

Member # (No longer used)

The members' unique membership number. This is no longer used, the Card # is now used to identify each member.

Card #

The card # on the member's card. This is used to uniquely identify each member.

PIN # (Reserved for future use)

The Pin # for the membership cards when used in conjunction with third party providers.

Available Points

The number of accumulated points that are available redemption by the member.

Total Points

The total number of points that have been accumulated during the lifetime of this membership.

Photo ID

Allows a photo using a simple web camera which can then be used to verify the identity of the member. This photo can then be printed on the membership cards that are printed from within the software.
