Miscellaneous Receipts

Miscellaneous receipts are any sundry income/expense that needs to be accounted for. These can include any item such telephone receipts, games machine receipts, etc...

These receipts can be performed at any time on any PC terminal. All receipts are show on the End Of Shift report for each user.

Miscellaneous receipts must be activated on each terminal.

To activate miscellaneous receipts:

select Options

select Terminals Options

select Miscellaneous Items

To perform a miscellaneous receipt:

select menu (box office)

select Options (Candy Bar and Box Office)

select Miscellaneous Items

select one of the predefined descriptions or type in a new description

type in the amount of the miscellaneous receipt and press <enter>
