Any session can be moved from one Start Time to another Start Time within the same day. If a session already exists at the time chosen, you will have the option of overwriting or overlapping the existing session. If tickets have been sold or refunded for the existing session then you will only be able overlap the session.
Situations where a session may be moved are the swapping of sessions where one film at particular time is selling more tickets and would be better suited to a larger cinema.
To move a session, change to View Day mode,

| • | with the mouse <right-click> the session, a menu should appear |
| • | select Move Selected Session |
| • | change to View Times mode |
| • | select the cinema if required |
| • | select the time to insert the session at |
| • | with the mouse <right-click> the session, a menu should appear |
| • | select Paste Selected Session to move the session, or Cancel Session to cancel the move |
