Programming Sessions

This is where all sessions are created and changed. Before scheduling a film the following must have been configured:

Cinemas

Distributors

Films

Ticket Prices

Advertising (optional)

Allocated Seating (optional)

Internet Sessions (optional)

Cinema

The cinema in which the film will be screening. Changing this will display the sessions for the new cinema.

Film Names

The film to session showing the name and duration of the film in minutes.

Allocated Seating

Select this option if seating allocation will apply for the next sessions created. Seating layouts must have previously been setup before allocating seating.

Prices

This is the default ticket price category to be applied to the session. When the session is selected from the Ticket Issue screen, the ticket prices for this category will be listed at the Ticket Payments screen

Day

The starting day of the calendar.

Month

The month showing on the calendar.

Year

The year showing on the calendar.

Calendar

This grid shows the days of the selected month. Choose a single day and view its schedule for the selected cinema, or choose a range of days to session a film across multiple days for the same starting time.
