I have sold tickets to a session without seating allocation and now we want to use seating allocation. What do I need to do ?
In order to refund the tickets correctly you need to do the following:
Create a new session with the same screening information as the session to be replaced but with seating allocated
Resell the originally sold tickets to the new session with allocated seating
Refund the tickets sold for the original session without the seating allocation
Disable the original session to prevent users from selling tickets
