If you are unable to preview or print a report then check the following:
first try previewing a report to screen, if nothing appears then check that at least one printer driver has been installed under windows at
\start menu\settings\printers
if no windows printer driver is installed then install the correct printer driver.
if runnings windows 95/98/me and a printer driver was installed and now appears missing then restart windows and check if the printer driver is restored
If your are using windows 2000, windows XP, or above and a printer driver is installed then check that you have sufficient user permissions to your <installed drive>:\showcase folder. Read, write and modify permissions (user dependent) must be assigned to this folder and below to enable the reports to be created. Permissions are also required in order to create the local daily backups.
