Reservations not being automatically cleared

It appears as if reservations that have not being collected prior to the session expiry time are not being cleared.

 

This is normal behaviour when a cinema has been designated to operate in Theatre Mode. This is done to allow late patrons extra time to collect their tickets when live shows are being presented.
