Most functions can have multiple groups of permissions that can be applied. These user groups can be configured seperately. If a user is assigned to more than one group then all allow permissions will be accumulated.
The rules for applying these permissions are:
| • | Full Control - allows full access and allow changes to other users permissions |
| • | Execute - allows something do be executed such importing and exporting |
| • | Read - allow any information to be read or printed as a report |
| • | Change - allows changes to existing information |
| • | Write - allows new information to be added |
| • | Delete - allows information to be removed or tickets/products to be refunded |
| • | Override - allows a user to override another user who has insufficent permissions to refund tickets/products |
