There are some occasions where it may be necessary to turn the printing of tickets off, but you still need to sell tickets for reporting purposes. This must be done on each terminal.
for example;
ticket printer may have jammed,
may have run out paper, or
you may be issuing a large number of tickets to a group of people and don't need individual tickets printed off.
There are two ways of deactivating the printing of tickets
You can deactivate ticketing printing so that every time a user signs on it will be deactivated by default, unless turned on/off manually by the user
- select Setup
- select Options
- select Terminal Options
- select Printing
- select Print Tickets On or Off
Or every time a user signs on, they can turn ticket printing on/off on the box office/or ticket payments screen:
- select Options 
menu
- toggle Print Tickets On or Off
Note:
An user can manually turn on/off printing of tickets at any time.
