Showcase POS

There are two programs which allow users to sell and maintain Showcase depending on the operational requirements of each terminal. These programs are here-in referred to as:

Prcarrow Showcase (referred to as Showcase POS)

Prcarrow Showcase Office (referred to as BackOffice)

 

They both provide similar functionality and sales can be made from both, however:

Prcarrow Showcase POS has been designed to be used with a touch screen

Prcarrow Backoffice has been designed to be used as more traditional software with pull-down menus, this version also has extended reporting options which are not available in Showcase POS.

 

In the following documentation most functions are available in both versions of the software, however they may be displayed in a slightly different format. In general I will be referring to all sales functions as POS functions and all maintenance functions as Office functions to avoid any misconceptions in functionality. Any differences that may occur will noted as such.
