Start of Week
This is the designated first day for a normal business week. This will vary between industries, but will generally be Thursday for most cinemas.
Start Time
This is the starting time for each day when sales will normally begin. This time is used as the minimum start time when programming sessions.

End Time
This is the normal close of day time. This time has two entries for 12:00am, the last 12:00am is used for midnight screenings and all sales for any session programmed at this time are presumed to be allocated for the current day and not the subsequent day.
Group Ticket Limit before Confirmation
This is the number of tickets of each ticket type that will be printed before the user is prompted to print a group ticket instead of individual tickets. Group tickets would normally be printed for any large groups such as schools, etc...
Ticket Types per Screen
This is the number of ticket types shown on each screen to improve readability. The range is 6 - 10 types.
Selling Days to Show
This is the number of days that will be listed when selling tickets by film. 0 indicates today only. Maximum 181 days.
Advance Selling Days
This is the number of days a normal user can sell/refund in advance of today. 0 indicates today only. This can be overridden with specific user rights.
Session Expiry Time (mins)
This is the number of minutes past a sessions starting time that a normal user can sell or refund tickets. After this time the user wil be prompted for an authorisation code by a user with the neccessary user rights. This option will also hide any sessions that have past when selling tickets by film.
Cinemas per Screen
This is the number of screens that are immediately visible when selling tickets by session. Any additional screens are then accessible by selecting the up/down arrows.
Advertisements
Select this option to allow advertisements to be allocated to each session. These advertisments are then printed on each ticket for that session.

Tender Type Required
This requires that the user select a specific Tender type when selling items. If this option is not selected then a Cash button will also be available.
Show End Time
Shows the sessions end time when selling sessions by cinema.
Show Ratings
Shows the movie rating on each session button when selling sessions by cinema.
