Rounding
This is how the amount payable by the patron will be rounded in the event that the amount doesn't round to the value specified in Round To Nearest (normally 5 cents).
Scale Weight Confirmation (kg)
This is the maximum weight that is saleable before being prompted for confirmation.
Auto-Calculate Product Cost Price
Use this option to automatically calculate the cost price for a product based on the sum of the cost price for each stock item specified in the assocatied products recipe.
Mix & Match Stocks between Departments
Use this option if you want to be able to share stock items used in recipesbetween multiple departments or storerooms.
Goods Received & Invoices Must Balalnce
Use this option if the total amounts for each invoice item must equal the total for the Invoice/Goods Received. Leave this option off if not including costs such as freight.
Allow Variable Suppliers for Stock Items
Use this option if you have more than one supplier for any stock items or if you regularly change suppliers. This allows you to assign the correct details when entering invoice items.
Products have Barcodes
Use this option if products have unique barcodes and barcode scanners are used to select items at sale the point of sale.
Stock Items have Barcodes
Use this option if stock items have unique barcodes. This will alter some of the details that are printed on some stock control reports to allow more automated stock counting when performing stocktakes.
