Stock Items Transfers

Allows stock items to be transferred between store rooms and departments. Only items with the same XFR Code can be transferred. It is up to the user to determine that stock being transferred is correctly configured.

To create a new entry, press [New] and enter the details in the appropriate fields. To change the details of an existing transfer, select the stock to transfer from the list and press [Edit]. Change the details and press [Save], or [Undo] to cancel any changes.

Serves/Packages to transfer

To transfer out a quantity select Transfer Out, to transfer in a quantity select Transfer In. To transfer a quantity by serves, Select by Serves, otherwise the quantity will be transferred by the number of serves in a package. If the package is not an whole number then the packages will be rounded to the nearest quantity of serves that will divide evenly into the number of packages specified.

for example:

If a package consists of 13 serves, and the quantity was entered as 1.25 packages then the number of serves would be rounded down to 16 serves
