Not Printing tickets
check that ticket printing is enabled in Showcase
check printer is on-line and ready
check paper is correctly installed the right way
check for paper jams
check cable attached/broken pins
try to print printers' internal test page
check that windows printer driver is not set to WORK-OFFLINE
check if windows has redirected the printer port to another location
check that the correct windows printer driver has been installed (if required)
check that the correct Showcase printer drivers have been installed (if required)
