Touch screen doesn't work or is inaccurate
check calibration of touch screen
check for scratches on the screen
check for build up of dirt under the edges of the screen
Cash Drawer not opening when sales are made
check that the cash drawer cable is plugged into the correct port under the touch screen terminal
check in Showcase that the cash drawer has been set to Connected <type> to Touchscreen where type is the correct brand of terminal
check for items being jammed against opening mechanism inside the back of the removable drawer.
check that you have the correct type of cash drawer attached to the printer (there are two voltage types)
