The shift float is the amount of money each user acknowledges when signing on to each terminal. This amount is used to calculate the amount of money a user should have on hand when they sign off after each shift. If blind shift floats have been activated then this amount is hidden from the user.
Shifts floats must be activated on each terminal.
To activate shift floats:
select Options
select Terminals Options
select Shift Floats
To activate blind shift floats:
select Blind Shift Float
